Construction Site Testing

Construction and demolition sites have specific requirements for testing and tagging of electrical tools and equipment.

Compliance with work cover authorities requires that all plug in electrical equipment and RCD Safety switches on construction and demolition sites must be tested and tagged.

Visual testing is followed by testing for Insulation Resistance, Current Leakage, Polarity and Earth Resistance.

Comprehensive test results are digitally recorded and test reports provided to our customers with back up records kept by  for a seven year period.

A tamper proof PVC printed tag with test date, retest date, Technician ID, test result and asset identification barcode is applied to the lead of the appliance.
